Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sky Vista's done-for-you marketing services. By creating an account and checking the box at sign-up, you agree to them.

1.Who we are

Sky Vista Consulting, LLC ("Sky Vista," "we," "us") provides managed marketing services — social content, search optimization, advertising, and website builds — to small and mid-sized businesses ("you," "the Customer").

2.The services

We deliver the services described in the package you select. Deliverables are prepared by our team and tools and are queued for your review. Scope is defined by your chosen package; add-ons or changes may adjust your plan.

3.Your approval comes first

Nothing is published, sent, or spent on your behalf without your approval, except where you have explicitly enabled auto-publishing for a given channel. You are responsible for reviewing deliverables before they go live.

4.Flat-rate billing

• Recurring packages are billed monthly in advance at the flat rate shown at sign-up.
• One-time builds (e.g., a website) are billed once, upfront.
• Advertising budgets you authorize are separate from, and in addition to, your package fee.
• You may cancel a recurring plan at any time; cancellation stops the next billing cycle. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as required by law or our published guarantee.

5.Your content & your brand

You retain ownership of your brand, trademarks, and the materials you provide. You grant us a license to use them solely to deliver the services. Work product we create for you becomes yours upon payment for the period in which it was produced.

6.Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and timely access to the accounts we need.
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you give us.
• Review and approve work so we can publish on schedule.
• Comply with the terms of any third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta) we operate on your behalf.

7.Third-party platforms

We connect to platforms such as social networks, ad networks, and search tools on your behalf. We are not responsible for their availability, policies, or actions, including account suspensions caused by your industry or content.

8.Data & privacy

We handle your data responsibly. We use encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive information, and we do not sell your data. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

9.Cancellation

You can cancel from your account or by emailing us. Recurring billing stops at the end of your current paid period. We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment or misuse, with notice where practicable.

10.Disclaimers & limits

Marketing results vary and are not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we'll notify you and, where required, ask you to re-accept. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
